(ECSI), WSU’s new loan service provider will not release information regarding your loan to others, including your parents or spouse, unless you complete a “Release of Info” on ECSI’s website at the following address. This is to protect your privacy as provided by the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA). Complete the form at the following web address: https://borrower.ecsi.net/. This is for your WSU Perkins, Nursing or Health Profession student loan(s) only.
