ECSI – New Loan Service Provider

Effective April 1, 2011, Washington State University partnered with Educational Computer Systems, Inc (ECSI) as our new loan service provider. We are very excited about this change as it offers benefits to our borrowers that we were unable to offer before. Such benefits include:

24-7 access to view your loan account online
Electronic signature on promissory notes
Automatic payments
Electronic billing
1098E electronic tax documents
